A non refundable session fee is required in order to secure your session with MPR Photography. MPR Photography has the right to give the session date and time to another client if the session fee has not been received within 3 days of completing the booking form.

If there is an illness or serious situation preventing you from attending your session, you are able to transfer your session fee to another date and time for a period of up to 6 months where there has been at least 48 hours notice given. Outside of the 6 months and there has been an increase to pricing and packages, these new prices will be applicable to your session. If your session date needs to be transferred for a second time, there will be an additional $200 session fee required to secure and further sessions.

No refunds will be given to cancelled sessions.  

Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund or consolidated to a new voucher. If your final purchase exceeds the value of your gift voucher, you must pay the remaining balance via cash or direct deposit. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you must give at least 48 hours notice. in this case, your voucher will be honoured for 6 months at the purchased session fee and package prices. Beyond this point, all new session fees and package prices will be applicable.

Any promotions, offers or discounts are applicable to new sessions only and cannot be applied to already booked sessions. Promotions, offers or discounts cannot be redeemed for cash. Promotions, offers and discounts will apply for the specified period and cannot be extended beyond.

Due to the custom nature of photography services and products, once a final selection has been received for digital products and physical products ordered from a print lab no amendments or refunds can be made.

If you are attending the studio for your session, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner which does not interfere with, disrupt, disrespect or risk any members of MPR Photography. Failure to comply with this code of conduct will result in your session being immediately cancelled and no refund will be provided.
